Health Care Providers don't have time to create a complete documented visit. For this reason, WebDMEMR has created two very key features that save time and energy.
“Retrieve from Last Visit”
The “Retrieve from Last Visit” feature is available for all follow- up visits. After an initial visit is created, a Health Care Provider can retrieve a copy of the last visit he/she created, serving as a guided outline for the new follow-up visit.
“Link” Supporting data
The ability to “link” supporting data (i.e. vital signs, social history, medications, procedures, problem list etc) is available in all visits. Since supporting modules are independent of each other, the office support staff may enter data into the modules as needed. The Health Care Provider decides what information from the he/she wishes to add to the progress note of the encounter. A physician may “link” supporting information with just the click of a mouse, allowing minimal typing while maximizing billing codes.
