WebDMEMR has two data file collect modules. These two modules allow you to upload and properly classify any type of digital file and associate it with a patient or with your center. These modules allow users to keep their current paper documentation and store it electronically, allowing for efficient organization. Each module offers free storage of up to 200 MB. “Document Catalog” & “Office Documents” operate similarly, but serve two different purposes.
 
Patient Documents
“Patient Documets” is used to associate documents with specific patients or encounters. You may use this module to store and maintain any medical documentation, or image report related to a patient.

Office Documents
“Office Documents” is used to associate documents to your center. This module allows you to make a document “private” for yourself, share with a specific user of your center or share with all of your users in your center. This module is commonly used to store your own templates and other documents which you would like to make readily available.
