Q. What browser and platform supports WebDMEMR?
 
A. WebDMEMR runs with Windows 7, Vista, XP and Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and 9.0. Firefox, Chrome, & Safari will soon be 100% compatible. 
 

 
Q. I have a Mac. Does this mean I can’t use WebDMEMR?
 
A.  Yes, you can use your Mac. Macs come with the Safari browser only. To use WebDMEMR you will have to download and install the Firefox browser.
 
1. To download Firefox go to:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/firefox.html
Install the Firefox browser
2. Then you must install the “IE Tab” add-on, go to:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/
Search for:
“IE tab”
Select “Add to Firefox”
Hit “Install”
3. After installation of the add on, you must restart your Firefox browser.
After restarting, open a new tab with in Firefox
Right click on the top of the tab and select “switch rendering engine”
You will now see the internet explorer’s “e” in the tab
Now you may browse to:
https://secured.webdmemr.com
 

 
Q. WebDMEMR hasn’t been working on my PC since the last version update. 
 
A. Version updates are changes in programming. Each PC has a browser cache that stores cookies and temporary internet files that help your browser display commonly visited web pages much faster. With the changes in programming due to the Version update, the browser cache has the older version’s files stored. To fix this simply click on the “tools” button on your browser toolbar and select “internet options”. Here, you may delete cookies and temporary internet files.
 
 
 
Q. I use Explorer 8.0 - 9.0, however I am unable to see some icons or there are errors on the page.
 
A. Internet Explorer 8.0 -9.0 has a convenient compatibility button next to “Refresh” button at the top of page. Simply click this button and you can view the page in Explorer 7.0 format. For more information about the compatibility view feature, go to:

Q. Why did I get an Oops! page?
 
A. WebDMEMR is continually improving user experience through application updates. Sometimes errors occur during updates which in turn generate an Oops! page. The error should be corrected within the next few minutes. If this is not the case, and the error keeps appearing, please contact customer support. (866)-721-7589.
 

 
Q. How fast is WebDMEMR?
 
A. Data transmission speeds are dependent upon individual internet connections. In other words, WebDMEMR’s speed is dependent upon the type of internet connection you are using at the moment. To test the speed of your internet connection go to: http://reviews.cnet.com/internet-speed-test/ for more information about bandwidth and network connectivity go to: http://www.findmyhosting.com/bandwidth.htm
 

 
Q. How can I clear my browser's cache?
 
A. 1. In your browser, click Tools, and then click Options or Internet Options.
    2. Delete these items in browsing history:
    - Cookies
    - Temporary Internet files
    - InPrivate data (IE 8.0 -9.0) or Private data (Firefox)
    3. Close your browser window.
 

 
Q. Does WebDMEMR automatically log off after a period of inactivity?
 
A. Automatic logoff for all users is 15 minutes.
