Other than a PC, the only other hardware requirement to take full advantage of WebDMEMR is to have a good quality scanner. Please consult your local IT support for more details. The information below is only a BASIC guide.

Below you will find three options that should work very well for a small office. Assuming that you have a basic LAN set up, these scanners can be used WITHOUT a PC.
1 - HP Scanjet N6350 Networked Document Flatbed Scanner
A dedicated scanner that includes a flatbed.
2 - HP Scanjet N6010 Document Sheet-feed Scanner
A dedicated scanner that does NOT include a flatbed.
3 - HP LaserJet M3035xs MFP

Adjust Your Scanner Settings
With so many different models available, one should always test your scanner’s settings before using it for WebDMEMR to find the appropriate default configuration that best fits your organization. Usually, by default, scanners are ready to generate large high resolution scans, when in fact most scans of simple text based documents can be scanned at a lower "Quality" & "Resolution" setting in order to generate smaller file sized documents.
