WebDMEMR is pleased to offer patients continuity of care. WebDMEMR offers coordination of care for patients over time and across multiple health care providers. Our ultimate goal is to provide high quality, cost-effective medical care to our subscribers. By allowing subscribing HCPs to share information and patient records, quality of care is vastly improved. Information can only be shared with a patient's consent or if there is an active Business Associate Agreement between centers.
