For those who want to take control of their health information, WebDMEMR now offers its application to individual patients. WebDMEMR gives you, the patient, access and control of your health record by giving you the ability to organize your paper documents online and keep track of your health information. By having online access to your EMR, you may share information with whomever you choose.
WebDMEMR is FREE for all patients to access, add and store important lifetime documents! If you visit a HCP who is a WebDMEMR paying subscriber, that HCP can add to your record at no charge to you, the patient. A soon to come "patient premium version" allows patients to have health care providers who are not registered with WebDMEMR to add to their medical records.
As a Head of Household you may use the health care provider sign up and pay only the user fee to create and manage your family's electronic health records.
