Visits
This module efficiently organizes patient encounters. The Visits module allows healthcare providers to register a patient visit and type of visit. Visits may be specified as "New" or "Followup". Your time is valuable. With is mind, WebDMEMR was created with the assumption that the HCP is usually the least computer savvy user and doesn’t have time to enter data.

Two very key features were created to save time and energy. The “retrieve from last visit” feature is available for all follow up visits. After an initial visit is created, an HCP can retrieve a copy of the last visit he/she created, serving as a guided outline for the new followup visit. The second key feature is the ability for the HCP to “link” supporting data (i.e vital signs, social history, medications, procedures, problem list etc). Since all the supporting modules are independent of each other (stand alone modules), the office support staff may enter data into the modules, as needed. The HCP decides what information from the independent modules he/she wishes to add to the progress note of the visit encounter. The HCP may “link” all the different pieces of information with just a click of the mouse, allowing minimal typing for the HCP while maximizing billing codes. Once data or documents from corresponding modules have been “linked” to a visit, that bit of data is sealed in the independent modules and cannot be edited or removed. All visits are created in PDF format.
